Ta'Hagrat Temple
The Temple of Ta'Hagrat is found in the centre of Mgarr village, opposite the local junior school. It is in a very good state of repair, considering that the largest part of it dates back to c.3,600 - 3,200 BC. It faces South East, as many of the Temples seem to. It is only opened to the public three mornings a week at the moment (Feb '13) and so it is relatively undisturbed. It is not easy to find or reach, and so I find it one of my favourite places to paint and dream.
